Salon and Spa Policies

Reservations

To ensure that you obtain your appointments at a time you desire, please make reservations in advance. A cash, check, or credit/debit card deposit is required at the time of booking a bridal or spa party. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies and Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hour notice will be charged in full. All services (gift card purchases included) require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. You may choose your method of payment at checkout.

Group Bookings

For groups of four or more with multiple services, please contact our Event Coordinator at 586.532.6600.

Cell Phones

Cell phone use is prohibited during your spa service. Please inform your service provider should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. All products are final sale. Service refunds, if applicable, must be obtained within one week and are issued as Salon and Spa credit only.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in any dollar denomination. Gift cards purchased for specific packages may not be transferable to other services. Gift cards are not refundable or replaceable, even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, taxes or gratuities.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and is left to the discretion of our guests. You may either tip your provider personally, or upon checkout. Cash and checks are permitted, but we are unable to accept credit/debit cards for gratuity.

Check In

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We like to conduct a tour of our facility as well as have you fill out the proper forms for your services. Our service providers also engage in a private consultation with you regarding your specific services. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of service may be adjusted so as not to inconvenience other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Please note the length and price of services can vary between service providers.

In order to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience, we ask that your service provider or management be advised of any questions, concerns or special needs that require our attention during your visit. We request that you disclose any medical conditions and or prescription medications that you are taking as there may be contraindications that could affect your scheduled service. Our clients safety and comfort is our ultimate goal. All salon and spa materials and equipment have been professionally sanitized for each individual guest.
